Taking place at St Luke’s ‘Bombed-Out’ church in the city centre, the festival will see traders showcasing the best of what the city has to offer
A number of well-known and some not so well-known Liverpool independent food and drink outlets will come together next weekend for the Taste of Liverpool Festival.
Taking place at St Luke’s ‘Bombed-Out’ church in the city centre, the festival will see traders showcasing the best of what the city has to offer. The event is especially important given the cancellation of the Liverpool Food and Drink Festival, originally scheduled for September.
Taking part in the event on Saturday, August 31, and Sunday, September 1, will be Silk Rd Tapas, serving dishes with an international flavour, and Greekosophy serving its signature dishes from bhajis to gyros. Renowned bars such as Ex-directory and Dramshop will serve their cocktails and gins.
The famous Bombed Out Church will set the stage as traders from all over Merseyside come together, with a full day of live music and entertainment planned alongside, there will be something to keep all the family entertained.
Tickets are £3.30 each and can be purchased by clicking here. For the latest updates click onto the event Facebook page.
