Leading Liverpool social enterprise The Women’s Organisation to sponsors Best Organisation for Women of WorkL Employee Voice Awards 2022
Liverpool,-based The Women’s Organisation is partnering with the only awards that celebrate happiness at work – the WorkL Employee Voice Awards.
The Best Organisation for Women category will be sponsored by The Women’s Organisation. It will recognise businesses and organisations that have consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing.
Last year saw more than 22,000 organisations enter the free awards. This year it’s predicted that this will increase as businesses focus their efforts more on improving employee experience.
WorkL is a digital tool on a mission to help individuals to have a happier working life. It offers individuals personalised advice to help them find the right job in the best organisation as well helping to build their network and knowledge to have a successful time at work.
WorkL for Business can help measure, track and improve employee experience, culture and performance through full employee lifecycle surveys. They cover new starters, annual engagement, pulse, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and exit surveys.

Organisations can enter by encouraging employees to take the anonymous Employee’s Voice Awards Test, which takes just five minutes to complete.
Companies that score 60% or more then qualify as a finalist and are recognised as being a happy place to work, being rewarded with Gold, Silver or Bronze status. Organisations also receive free top-line data on their employees’ workplace experience. The full list of categories includes:
- Gold – 80+% employee experience score.
- Silver – 70-79% employee experience score.
- Bronze- 60-69% employee experience score.
- Most Inclusive best performers for diversity and inclusivity, across gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and disability.
- Best for Wellbeing – best performers for supporting employee wellbeing.
- Best Organisation for Women – best performers for supporting women in the workplace.
- Most Engaged Employees – best overall performers for engagement.
- Management – organisations with the most engaged managers.
- Development- organisations who go above and beyond for developing its employees.
- Industry star- best performers in each of the 26 industry categories.
Organisations that qualify as a finalist are then included in the Happiest Companies List. This provides an overview of the organisation’s overall scores and how they can improve the experience of their employees.
