A new food and beverage manager is the latest addition to Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa in Wirral as it builds its reputation for fine food in the North West.
Neil Sinnott (34) joins Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa from the Marriot Hotel in Liverpool City Centre although isn’t a completely new face to the four-star Wirral hotel, having previously worked for Thornton Hall for 10 years from 1996 to 2006.
Geoff Dale, general manager of Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa said:
“We’ve brought Neil in to ensure that the quality of the food and beverage offering across the hotel is to a very high standard. We’ve made no secret of our desire for more accolades following the appointment of executive chef Matt Worswick last year and Neil’s appointment strengthens our team in order to achieve that goal.
“He’s very experienced and incredibly passionate about what he does. It’s a pleasure to have him back and we’re excited to push forward with his help.”
Neil Sinnott, food and beverage manager at Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa said:
“There’s a huge amount of energy and focus in the team following the hotel refurbishment and with the executive chef about to appear on Great British Menu, so it’s a wonderful time to re-join the team. My initial focus is on ensuring we exceed the expectations of our conference and banqueting guests.”
