Old Hall Street based salon Vogue Hair and Beauty has won the ‘Best of Liverpool’ accolade in the English Hair & Beauty Awards 2017 following a three-month voting campaign open to the public.
Their competition success follows the news that directors and sisters Julie, Samantha and Beth Duffy have launched a new arm to the business, in the form of corporate pamper packages.
Julie said: “To have officially marked our second year in business here in Liverpool’s thriving Commercial District, there’s definitely a great sense of pride amongst my sisters and the entire team at Vogue Hair & Beauty Lounge.
“Our evolution process over that time has seen the business go from strength to strength when it comes to providing a one-stop-shop for all things hair and beauty. To have been crowned ‘Best of Liverpool’ in the English Hair & Beauty Awards 2017 after being up against such a high-calibre of big-name industry professionals is certainly the icing on the cake. Not only does the accolade recognise the team’s continuous efforts, the nominations were actively derived from our fabulous clients, which says it all.”
Established in March 2015, Vogue Hair & Beauty Lounge provides services including hair, extensions, nails, make-up, aesthetics and holistic treatments, along with their ‘Pamper Parties’.
Samantha added: “As we enter an exciting new phase in the business, our developments are starting to focus more around corporate clientele. While our current client-base is predominately Liverpool centric, we have noticed a surge in people visiting from further afield, particularly for our group pamper packages.
“With that in mind, we have noticed a real gap in the market for providing a unique space for corporate away days with a difference. As our venue is nestled within the heart of the city’s business district, we want to really hone in on this and openly welcome new links with a varied mix of business communities spanning across the UK. We are very much looking forward to putting ideas into action over the coming weeks – watch this space for alternative away days the Vogue way.”
