Property and asset management company, FI Real Estate Management says it has seen a significant rise in interest at North Cheshire Trading Estate following a major refurbishment
A trading estate in Wirral has secured two new tenants following a major refurbishment project.
Property and asset management company, FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) says it has seen a significant rise in interest at North Cheshire Trading Estate in Prenton, which comprises 10,099 sq ft.
Two of the newly-refurbished units have now been leased to wetroom installation specialist, Wetrooms Online, which has already moved into Unit D4, while Unit C5 has been let to new, private fitness gym business, Elite-SN.
There are two remaining refurbished units available, one 4956 sq ft unit and another totalling 5,290 sq ft. Legat Owen and Mason Owen are joint agents for the site.
A spokesperson for FIREM, said: “North Cheshire Trading Estate’s location and connectivity are major selling points, but tenants also require modern, smart industrial spaces for their teams.
“Most of the units here were originally built in the 1970s so they were well overdue an upgrade. We’re delighted to welcome Wetrooms Online and Elite-SN.”
FIREM manages a range of industrial and warehouse units on the Prenton site, which range in size from 3,433 sq ft to 37,000 sq ft with a combined floor area of 117,206 sq ft.
Michael Lloyd, managing director at Wetrooms Online, added: “Having established Wetrooms Online in 2007, over the last 10 years we have grown to be the UK’s largest dedicated wetroom retailer. We’re delighted with our new space here at Prenton and know this base will support our next ten years of growth.”
