Wirral agency reveals latest property auction lots

Smith and Sons will offer 31 properties suitable for investment and refurbishment at its latest property auction on Wednesday, May 15.

“This is a strong auction that presents some really interesting and exciting opportunities,” he added. “The scope of lots available means that there is something for everyone here, from first time buyers through to seasoned developers.”

Lots include a number of houses in popular areas of Wirral, requiring  improvement and modernisation. They include a three bed end terrace in Poulton Road in Wallasey guided at £70,000 to £80,000, as well as two adjoining properties Bidston Road in Birkenhead.

There are several semi-detached homes such as St. Andrews Road, Bebington and Whitfield Lane, Heswall, suitable for development and ongoing sale or owner occupation with others in Edinburgh Rd and Albion Street in New Brighton.

Willow Cottage in Moreton sits at the end of a private drive, offering potential for further development, and is guided at £175,000 to £200,000.

Developers may be interested in a large site in Neston comprising two substantial four bedroomed houses together with formal gardens, on which there is planning for three detached homes. 

Commercial investments in Claughton Village and Church Rd, Tranmere offer high yields and a large office building in Market Street, Hoylake provides potential for a mixed commercial/residential scheme.
