Renowned European fashion retailer Zara last week re-opened it’s doors in Liverpool One, unveiling a new-look, flagship store.
The company’s new store located on South John Street is more than a third larger than its original shop in the centre at 27,221 sq ft.
The site will function as a North West flagship for the ladies, men’s and children’s wear retailer.
Miles Dunnett, head of asset management at Liverpool One owner Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, said:
“Zara’s new store is a fantastic addition to Liverpool One’s line-up of leading fashion brands.”
“As significantly, it is their new regional flagship, which is a great endorsement of the strength and appeal of Liverpool One as the destination of choice for style-conscious consumers from throughout the North West.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Tushingham Moore acted for Liverpool One. Inditex, parent group of Zara, dealt directly.
