Sales and letting agency Bluerow Homes has sold almost £1m of properties – just four months after launching its new sales division.
The Liverpool-based sales and lettings agency, established in 2008 by director Helen Griffin-Booth, is celebrating a year of “rapid growth”.
This year it added residential sales and valuations to its lettings, investment and property management offering with sales already totalling £942,000
Bluerow also opened its new city-centre office with a special ‘paint the town blue’ campaign, as well as the appointment of senior sales negotiator, Nicki Boyle, to support its growth.
Ms Griffin-Booth, said: “2016 has been a pivotal year for Bluerow Homes – we have launched a brand new division, established a new office base and welcomed new members to our team.
“I have been overwhelmed by the success of our new ventures, and by the support we have received from clients, old and new.
“I have been especially overwhelmed by the success of our sales division and the amount of properties coming onto the market.
“I think this speaks volumes about the strength of the current market here in Liverpool. In what has been an unstable political year for the UK, I am fully confident as we head into 2017 and can’t wait to see what the coming year has in store.”
