Sandway Homes has unveiled its £12m development close to north Liverpool which comprises 63 new homes.

Owned by Sefton Council and supported by funding from Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Sandway’s mission is to build residential developments on brownfield sites across the borough.

Molyneux Gardens is located near to Buckley Hill Lane on the edge of Netherton. It offers eight two-bedroom, 23 three-bedroom and 14 four-bedroom houses. There will also be 18  ‘affordable’ one and two-bedroom apartments for rent.

Affordable rent means no more than 80% of the local market rate. Tenancies in the apartments will be allocated by Sefton Council.

Sandway has opened a show home where buyers can look around and reserve one of the homes which  are being released in small batches. The first 11 three and four-bedroom homes start from £235,000 and are available for buyers to reserve now.

Lin Powell, managing director of Sandway Homes, said: “Sandway is very proud to launch its third development – Molyneux Gardens.

“Our two, three and four-bedroom homes are spacious and well designed with a high specification. These homes are excellent value for money and provide the community with a much needed offer of outright sale homes in the south of the borough.

“The launch of Molyneux Gardens marks a milestone in aspirational living in Sefton and I am confident that this development will become a wonderful new addition to the borough.”
