Food and drink venue BOXPARK Liverpool signs up two new local traders offering pizzas and Greek cuisine. Tony McDonough reports

Two local food and drinks brands have joined the list of traders at food and drink venue BOXPARK Liverpool.
Located in the Baltic Triangle, BOXPARK is already home to Yoki Social Table, Yum Cha, Shake? and Simply Salt N Pepper. Now they are being joined by renowned Liverpool Greek brand Christakis and Rogue Pizza Co.
Christakis has been operating in the city for more than 25 years, with Christakis Georgiou creating a range of authentic Greek dishes. They include classic chicken gyros wraps, to halloumi and loukanika sausage, to vegetarian starters and mains and Christakis’ famous feta spring rolls.
Rogue Pizza Co. is a new pizza concept that’s spearheaded by Matthew Keenan, operations director, Ben Gorry, chef and culinary director and Jay Riley, finance director,

It is part of the umbrella brand of established tour caterers Rock N Rogue. The company has catered for major stars across the world including Green Day, Sabrina Carpenter, Mary J Blige, Sting, Shinedown, Jorja Smith and Jamie Webster.
From Crosby, the owners of Rogue Pizza Co. have appointed Gomaa, their pizza chef with over 19 years’ experience in all things pizza, and will be serving American-style pizza and pasta.

Joel Lee, General Manager at BOXPARK Liverpool, said: “We’ve been working with local concepts to give our guests an even wider range of delicious dishes.
“We felt that both a Greek kitchen and one that serves such classics like pizza and pasta were necessary and would add so much to our offering.”
