Agents at Keppie Massie are seeking a buyer for a “prominent” vacant office building just outside Liverpool city centre for just under £1m.
This three-storey property at 145 Edge Lane was formerly home to accountancy firm Wilson Henry. In existence for more than 60 years, the firm was acquired by financial advisory outfit Sedulo in 2021 and its staff relocated into the city centre.

Set across a 0.73 acre site and available with vacant possession, it is located in a high-visibility position, within a mile of Liverpool city centre and the M62.
Subject to planning consent, it has potential for alternative future uses including owner-occupier offices, educational facilities, health services or residential redevelopment. It is being marketed by Keppie Massie, with offers sought in excess of £975,000.
