Liverpool surveying specialist Formby Surveys has recognised the “exceptional contribution” of a member of its team with a new promotion.

Beth Peers started as an apprentice at the business and has been appointed as associate director (projects). She will take on increased responsibility for project delivery, team development and strategic decision-making.

With this addition to its senior team, Formby Surveys will push forward in expanding its regional and national capabilities in topographical mapping, property measurement, 3D laser scanning, 3D modelling and utility mapping.

Beth joined the company in 2017 and managing director Andy Roberts said her progression from an apprentice, to technician, to manager and now associate director reflects the firm’s “ongoing commitment to investing in talent”.

He added: “Beth’s promotion is thoroughly deserved. She has consistently demonstrated technical excellence, integrity, and a genuine commitment to our clients and our people.

“This appointment reflects both her individual performance and our belief in developing leadership from within the business.”

“I’m incredibly proud to take on this role and grateful for the trust placed in me by the board,” said Beth.

“Formby Surveys has a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and continual improvement, and I’m excited to help drive the business forward while continuing to deliver the high standards our clients expect.”
