Developer The Prime Group sells and lets all four units in its latest Liverpool city region industrial development to an events specialist. Tony McDonough reports
Manchester developer, The Prime Group, has sold/let all four industrial units of its latest development Prime Point Knowsley to local occupier UK Events Group on completion.
Based in Knowsley Industrial Estate, UK Events Group offers event and production services to theatres, concerts, festivals and conferences.
It has acquired units one and two totaling 18,384 sq ft and leased units three and four totaling 16,531 sq ft to meet its rapidly expanding operations. All units are steel portal framed with insulated roofs and cladding with solar panels and EV charging ports.

Prime Group director Jeff Pike said: “Knowsley Industrial Estate is a very popular location, and we were expecting a lot of interest from local occupiers, but it was very serendipitous to come across one company wanting all four units.
“UK Events Group now has the space from which to grow their business and maximize their potential long into the future. We are very proud of the quality of product we deliver and that shows in their continued demand.”
