Practice with offices in Liverpool, Wirral, Chester and North Wales is looking for solicitors, paralegals, conveyancing executives and legal assistants. Tony McDonough reports.
Merseyside and Cheshire law firm Hillyer McKeown is looking for up to a dozen new recruits to join its team after securing and appointment to a leading conveyancing panel.
Property Butler has chosen Hillyer, which has offices in Liverpool, Wirral, Chester and North Wales, to provide its estate agent clients with residential property legal services.
Tim Price, a director of Property Butler, which operates across the UK, said: “Conveyancing is one of the most important aspects of any property transaction but one which traditionally provides estate agents with the biggest headache.
“By only working with award-winning solicitors committed to the highest possible standards, we are enabling estate agents to improve the quality of service they offer home buyers.”
Tricia Lonorgan, Hillyer McKeown’s residential conveyancing head of operations, said: “We have invested heavily in putting in place the best possible people and systems to ensure our conveyancing clients receive the best possible service.
“Buying and selling your home is the biggest decision most people make. Estate agents and their clients need to know that their conveyancing service will be fast, responsive and cost effective.”
“As a result of panel appointments like Property Butler, we are actively looking for up to a dozen new recruits to join the team.
“We have opportunities for solicitors, paralegals, conveyancing executives and legal assistants interested in joining us.”
The firm, which provides a range of business and personal legal services, has seen staff numbers increase from 65 to almost 90 during the past 18 months.
