Flexible workspace provider Regus to open 10,000 sq ft site at Mann Island – its third in Liverpool
Due to open this autumn, the Regus base will offer more than 150 workstations and a range of flexible working options including co-working space, virtual office services and meeting rooms. Tony McDonough reports
Workspace provider Regus is to open a third site in Liverpool city centre, occupying 10,000 sq ft at 1 Mann Island.
Its new flexible workplace facility will be close to another new flexible working facility, Avenue HQ, which has also just launched on Mann Island.
Due to open this autumn, the Regus base will offer more than 150 workstations and a range of flexible working options.
These include co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms which are bookable by the hour, and more tan 60 offices of varying sizes.
It will add to the two existing Regus business centres in Liverpool – Horton House in Exchange Flags and Derby Square.
Regus chief executive Richard Morris said: “Liverpool is a city that means business and is attracting investment and visitors from across the world.
“The area offers excellent value and is a prime spot for firms of all sizes looking for a well-connected base in the North West, so we see it as a natural fit for our flexible workspace offering.
“We expect the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”
