Agents at Legat Owen have secured a new tenant at Lairdside Technology Park in Birkenhead.

Emissions monitoring and gas detection systems and services provider a1-cbiss is relocating and expanding from its current headquarters next door to take up 20,250 sq ft on a 15-year lease.

Existing occupiers at the park include, Screwfix, Brewers Decorator Centre and Halfords Autocentre. The building is also opposite the M53 Ford car showroom. 

Steve Duggan, finance director of a1-cbiss, said: “Lairdside Technology Park is well-located in the heart of the Wirral business community and as a long-standing member of the local commercial community we wanted to remain here as we expanded.

“The refurbishment has brought the building up to a high standard and has created an attractive, modern working space, whilst providing us with the opportunity to stamp our own mark on it as we begin the next exciting chapter on our journey.”

Lairdside Park is accessible from both Chester Road (A41) and Campbeltown Road. Quoting rentals are from £5 per sq ft.
