The launch of a new networking group for businesses in and around Warrington is already full-up with a growing waiting list for places.

Organised by Warrington’s economic development agency, Warrington & Co, The Business Exchange holds its first event in the Martin Dawes Legends Lounge at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Wednesday, March 7.

Already, 280 businesses have registered to attend and this anyone wishing to get on the waiting list for the free event should register at www.wbex.co.uk

Steve Park, managing director of Warrington & Co, said: “This promises to be an exciting event and the launch of a very exciting initiative. It is great that the response from the business community has already been so enthusiastic.

“At the event we’ll be telling guests about the benefits that The Business Exchange will provide, and I can announce that our speaker panel will include Dave Pickering of Eddie Stobart, Mike Lomax of Total Steel, Gary Jenkins of No Brainer and Annie Brown of the Park Royal, with more names to be announced over the coming days.”
