Award-winning Liverpool recruitment firm McIver Scott Recruitment and former law firm boss Steve Cornforth are to join forces to offer specialist talent-finding services to the legal sector.

Based in the city centre, McIver Scott is run by David Wafer and the firm uses psychometric assessments and competency-based interviews as standard for its clients.

Mr Cornforth runs the Steve Cornforth Consultancy and has been a solicitor in Liverpool for more than 30 years, many of them spent in management positions in local firms.

He was previously President of Liverpool Law Society and winner of the Legal Entrepreneur of the Year.
