One of Liverpool’s newest hotels has secured deals with a number of commercial partners to offer extra services for its guests – including a doggy crèche.

Urbanista is due to open in Bold Street in September in a £500,000 project by Evolve Property Group and will comprise 20 suites and double rooms. It will be operated by Voya Hotels.

It has secured a number of partnerships with local businesses where possible, including luxury transfers, taxis, a dog creche and parking facilities and guest will also have access to exclusive discounts at various city centre-based restaurants and bars.

Kinsella Executive Travel will offer luxury transfers, helping its guests to get around the city in comfort and style. The firm also provides airport transfers, contract work and transfers to neighbouring cities, festivals and the races.

For guests wanting to get out and about using a taxi service, Urbanista has partnered with Delta taxis and, for those driving to the hotel, Just Park will be the go-to partner which has multiple nearby locations so guests can park close by.

Another of Urbanista’s partners is Tails In The City – a dog crèche in Liverpool city centre. Guests staying at the hotel can check their furry friends into the crèche so that they have peace of mind that they’re being looked after.

David Colebourn, managing director of Evolve Property Group, said: “While Urbanista will deliver on contemporary design and plush interiors, we want to create concept that caters to every aspect of our guests’ visit.

“From parking to travel – by taxi or private, luxury transfer – to a nearby dog creche, and exclusive discounts and deals with local bars and restaurants, we will ensure our guests have the best time in the city so that they return.”
