Liverpool property firm, which has already sold more than £12m worth of property at auction in 2020, will hold the live event later this month. Tony McDonough reports
Sutton Kersh is to go ahead with its May Liverpool property auction by holding the event online.
Auctioneer Andrew Binstock will conduct the sale taking place on Thursday, May 21, at 12 noon. It will be streamed live and people will be able to watch and place bids for the available properties.
So far this year Sutton Kersh has sold a total of 140 properties via auction, generating receipts of £12.2m. Katie Donohue, senior auction valuer, said: “We are excited to be taking our online auctions one step further next month, it’s just a shame about the circumstances surrounding it. Due to Covid-19, our next auction will be streamed with a live auctioneer.
“All bidders will need to register for remote bidding. There will be no in-room bidding and the live stream will be released on our website on the morning of the auction.”
The Sutton Kersh May auction will feature a mixture of commercial and residential properties, along with investment and development opportunities. Two new properties that are already proving popular are 22 Halsbury Road In Kensington and 52 Stevenson Street in Wavertree.
