Investment firm supports Liverpool’s Inclusive Hub
National property investment company RWinvest is sponsoring Kirkdale-based The Inclusive Hub which was established in 2016 to support autistic children with sports and fitness programmes
National property investment company RWinvest has announced sponsorship of Liverpool CIC The Inclusive Hub.
The Kirkdale-based organisation, which was established in 2016 to support autistic children with sports and fitness programmes, has expanded its services to help people all over the city facing wide ranging medical issues as well as social and economic challenges.
Based in Liverpool, RWinvest specialises in buy-to-let investments on residential developments. The company has offices in London and Manchester and has delivered more than £1bn into the UK investment market since launching in 2004.
The firm will fund sportswear and trainers for people using activities at The Inclusive Hub’s Kirkdale base for the next 12 months. The partnership between RWinvest and The Inclusive Hub started after Liam Starkey, a former employee at the investment firm, left to work full time for the community interest company.
RWinvest director, Julian Ramsden, said: “RWinvest might work internationally but our roots are firmly within our local communities. The Inclusive Hub is a fantastic organisation providing fitness and education support to disadvantaged people throughout Liverpool, our home city as a business.
“The Inclusive Hub is directed by one of our former employees, Liam Starkey, and we are delighted to be sponsoring such a worthy cause that is giving back to people across Merseyside.”
Liam added: “It is paramount for us to have the support of organisations such as RWinvest or we would literally have to stop the service we provide to the people of Merseyside.
“We’re not funded by anyone so support like this is so important to us. We function purely based on donations and goodwill, we would not exist without the support of companies like RWinvest.”
