Liverpool firm secures contracts worth £3.25m in 2023
Liverpool facilities management firm, Avrenim Group secures new contracts worth £3.25m in the first three months of 2023. Tony McDonough reports
Avrenim Group has won contracts worth £3.25m in the first quarter of 2023 in healthcare, commercial and green energy.
With offices in Liverpool and Knowsley, Avrenim is a facilities management firm. It also offers consultancy and design, and project delivery, specialising in regulated environments and renewables.
It says annual revenues are up to £17.1m from £12m with recent projects including work with East Cheshire NHS Trust worth more than £230,000 for refurbishment and repurposing works to patient wards.
In Wirral Avrenim secured a repurposing project worth more than £350,000 to create four new treatment rooms, as well as additional projects with Warrington and Halton NHS Trust and Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport.
And the business has also secured more than £900,000 worth of solar energy projects across the UK to be completed by the end of July 2023. These range from large scale manufacturing to high rise accommodation.
