Last chance to enter the MIB awards
Independent businesses across Liverpool city region can still enter the Merseyside Independent Business Awards – but you have to be quick
Tuesday, August 15, at 5pm is the deadline to get your entry in for the Merseyside Independent Business Award.
Now in their ninth year, the MIB Awards celebrate the economic and social impact of the city region’s independent business community.
As in previous years, all submissions will be assessed by three different judging panels comprising experienced professionals from a range of sectors. Original deadline was Friday, August 11 but this has now been extended to Tuesday at 5pm.
Winners of each award category, which include Trades & Manufacturing, Professional Services and Culture & Tourism, will be announced in front of 500 guests at a ceremony at the Rum Warehouse on Thursday, October 19.
Alison Lobb, managing partner at Morecrofts Solicitors, which founded the MIB Awards in 2013, said: “The MIB Awards holds a special place in the hearts of local business owners. Each year, we receive hundreds of entries and we expect this year to be no different.”
