ACC Liverpool is to join forces with Christmas party planners, Vivid Experience, to launch ‘Christmas Party World’.

2017 will see Vivid host a series of Christmas parties during December, transforming the waterfront venue into a cirque-style environment.

Vivid operates at leading venues throughout the UK, hosting 80,000 guests in 2016, and is now bringing Christmas Party World to Liverpool’s leading events venue.

Guests will be treated to a canape reception and festive menu, alongside an evening of entertainment featuring trapeze artists and corde lisse, followed by indoor fairground rides, disco and dancing.

Richard Longhill, managing director of Vivid Experience, said: ‘ACC Liverpool is a world class venue and we’re very excited to be bringing Christmas Party World. The venue space offers us unrivalled options to create Liverpool’s next level of Christmas party, quite literally a ‘Christmas Party World’ under one roof. We’ve already been speaking to local and national companies and the response has been very positive.’

Around 12,000 guests are expected to fill the venue across a variety of nights in the lead up to the festive period, with the party season kicking off on Friday December 1.

Companies and private parties can book tables of eight guests or more or the venue can also be hired exclusively for larger organisations who want a Christmas party for their staff.

Kerrin MacPhie, director of conference and exhibitions sales at ACC Liverpool, said: ‘This is an exciting time in our venue’s evolution as we welcome our biggest Christmas parties to date, a first for ACC Liverpool and a first for Vivid Experience.

‘The evenings will include a variety of fantastic entertainment which will really show off the versatility of our exhibition centre. We are looking forward to the transformation of our venue and know that Vivid Experience will provide visitors with the ultimate magical Christmas experience.’
