Marketing and communications agency Active Profile is expanding with two new hires, two promotions and a further two vacancies in its Liverpool and Manchester offices.

And, following a series of health and wellbeing initiatives, the team has also received national Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation.

With its headquarters in Liverpool Exchange Station, Active Profile now employs 12 people across both of its North West offices and is on the lookout to recruit two new team members by the end of April, having recently hired senior account executive, Gaynor Orvis in its innovation team.

The business has also promoted two long-standing members of the team, Amy Hardman and Amy Cantrill to senior account manager positions.

Anna Heyes, managing director of Active Profile, said: “It’s a fantastic time to be an Active Profiler, we’re all excited to continue to grow and develop the team and we look forward to welcoming more new colleagues in the coming months.

Earlier this year, we achieved the Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation, a national standard which recognises an organisation’s commitment to improving the lives of its employees.”

The Wellbeing Charter is segmented into eight topic areas which have been developed in line with best practice and the latest research. These topic areas range from leadership and absence management to physical activity and healthy eating.
