Agents at CBRE and Worthington Owen have been instructed to seek occupiers for One Temple Square, a Grade II-listed office building in Liverpool city centre.

Acting on behalf of owner Glenbrook, the agents are marketing the site which offers availability from 934 sq ft to 1,808 sq ft. Glenbrook, a property investment and development firm based in Manchester, acquired One Temple Square in 2017 and has since significantly invested in the asset.

Following a refurbishment programme, the building, which fronts onto Dale Street, provides occupiers with contemporary office features whilst maintaining the building’s historic integrity.

The property is already let to a number of tenants including Bluestones Investment Group and Parker Kelly, with Baby E Coffee and Deli, the latest occupier to join the building. Baby E Coffee & Deli serves coffee, brunch, deli and wine.

Andrew Byrne, associate director at CBRE Liverpool, said: “The extensive refurbishment provides a number of high-quality open plan suites set within an attractive environment.

“The latest letting to Baby E Coffee and Deli, adds high quality amenity to the building; this together with the central location is sure to appeal to a number of occupiers in the market.”
