Cassell Moore, which provides first-rate legal and strategic support to businesses and individuals, has launched its Academy of Excellence for trainee solicitors.
The Academy of Excellence
The Academy of Excellence, which offers a comprehensive training contract programme, aims to produce the next generation of leaders within the business.
Dan Vaughan, James Molloy and Jennifer Miles are the first successful candidates to take part in the programme. They will now fulfil their training contracts at the firm, which was recently awarded Investors in People Gold.
Cassell Moore’s successful application to become a training provider and their subsequent recruitment drive marks further growth for the practice which was established last year.
In just twelve months the firm has recruited over thirty people across its key practice areas which are: corporate and commercial; commercial litigation; property; employment; family; wills, trusts and probate and sports law.
Stephen Morris, Cassell Moore managing partner, commented on the launch of the Academy of Excellence:
“Cassell Moore is committed to developing the future leaders of our business through the Academy of Excellence programme. It is one of our core beliefs that our junior staff are the future of the business. Professional development is therefore key, as proved by our recent Investors in People Gold accolade.”
Pauline McNamara, Cassell Moore partner and head of family, who interviewed the first applicants, added:
“The calibre of candidates was superb, which bodes incredibly well for the future of Cassell Moore and its Academy of Excellence. Receiving a training contract is a huge accomplishment and Dan, James and Jennifer should be very proud of themselves.”
