Liverpool and Chester law firm DTM Legal has hired specialist commercial property lawyer Robin Sharp who joins after leaving rival practice DWF.
Mr Sharp is recommended by the Legal 500 and has more than 15 years’ experience advising developers, landowners, tenants, funders and investors in the commercial property industry.
In his four-year stint at DWF, he focused on advising clients within the UK retail, leisure, corporate landlord and occupier sectors. He has been involved with some of the UK’s largest retail and hotel brands in their new-build development programmes.
“I’m delighted to be taking a new step in my career and to be joining a dynamic and client-oriented law firm which also has a great reputation for developing its staff,” said Mr Sharp.
“The team has already made me feel very welcome and I am eager to help the business grow over the coming years.”
Anna Duffy, head of the property team at DTM, added: “Robin makes a fantastic addition to the team, supporting the department’s ongoing growth.”
