Innov8, the construction consultancy firm, is celebrating a record year of growth after numerous project wins both nationally and across the north west.
Based out of Birkenhead, Innov8 reports that revenues and staff numbers have increased by as much as 50% in the last year, with the company now set to reach £1 million in income.
Innov8 provides clients with construction design managment and site safety advice.
Managing director Alan Robson explained that turnover in 2014 rose to £700,000, a huge leap on 2013’s taking of around £440,000.
Growth has been driven through gaining contracts across Merseyside, Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds, and London, with Innov8 securing new contracts in the commercial, healthcare, maritime and education sectors.
Alan Robson said:
“Innov8 has recorded strong and sustainable growth over the last seven years. However, our ambition to expand beyond the North West region and roll-out services nationally has greatly helped to drive turnover in the last year.
“We have doubled our team of specialists after recruiting six additional full-time employees and an office apprentice. It is fundamental to our brand and company ethos that we boost skills locally and are looking to further expand our apprenticeship programme which was launched last year.”
Recent projects have included healthcare work in Liverpool, Chester, Northumberland and London. Residential contracts have also been secured with the Liverpool-based Riverside Group and Great Places in Blackpool.
Robson added:
“We are now keen to capitalise on this progress and are launching an ambitious three-year growth strategy to take turnover past the £1m barrier.”
