Leading Liverpool property professional Paul Kallee-Grover launched Ki Partnerships in 2021 and now it is expanding and relocating into one of the city’s newest business locations. Tony McDonough reports
Property consultancy Ki Partnerships is expanding its business and relocating into The Spine in Liverpool.
Ki Partnerships was created in 2021 by Paul Kallee-Grover, one of Liverpool’s best-known property professionals. Prior to launching the business Paul was a director in the Liverpool office of Avison Young.
He started Ki in Maghull, just outside Liverpool. He will be moving the business into the Sciontec AI office space at The Spine in Paddington Village which opened in May 2021.
“The decision to establish a presence in the Spine building through Sciontec AI was a natural step for Ki Partnerships,” said Paul.
“The Knowledge Quarter’s vibrant ecosystem of cutting-edge technology, academic institutions, and research centres perfectly aligns with our vision to provide innovative and tailored real estate solutions to our local, national and international clients.”
Launched in April 2022, the Sciontec AI facility offers flexible space to fledgling and early-stage ventures. Ranging from a single desk, to a large private office, the concept offers occupants four options, each with a single monthly payment.
Paul told LBN the move to The Spine would make it easier to attract staff to Ki. He added he is working with the City of Liverpool College to offer placements studying property tech and digital real estate.

“The Sciontec AI workspace within the award-winning Spine provides companies such as Ki with the opportunity to forge partnerships with local organisations that contribute collectively to the ongoing success of Paddington Village.”
