Knowsley-based property services company, Liberty Group, has secured nine contracts worth more than £20m across the UK in the first quarter of this year.
Liberty, which employs almost 1,000 people, will provide gas servicing, maintenance, property repairs and environmental works to more than 22,000 homes across the country.
The firm will be working with Great Places Housing Group to supply gas installation, servicing and maintenance to 12,000 of its homes across Blackburn, Fylde, Manchester, Oldham and Rochdale, Salford and Sheffield. The three-year contract is worth £2.5m per year.
In the Midlands, Liberty will work with Sandwell Council to deliver gas servicing and gas safety inspections to more than 8,500 homes in Tipton and Wednesbury in a three-year deal.
A contract with Fareham Council will also see the group provide gas service and maintenance to 1,800 properties from its Havant branch. Liberty will also work with Denbighshire County Council to replace 164 heating systems as part of an energy efficient programme, as well as providing gas repairs for EMH Group in East Midlands.
Liberty will also deliver kitchen refurbishments for Unitas, a joint venture set up by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, as well as environmental works and refurbishments for three contracts for ForViva.
