Liverpool HR and health and safety software venture oneHR announces new partnership with a Lincolnshire-based consultancy. Tony McDonough reports
HR and health and safety software business oneHR has struck a new deal it claims will “disrupt” the health and safety support market.
For the past 12 months Liverpool-based oneHR has been working with Lincolnshire HR and health and safety consultancy Stallard Kane to enhance oneSAFE , an online health and safety platform.
Now they have cemented their relationship with a new partnership that will help business owners implement and maintain robust safety systems while receiving expert consultancy support.
Clients will benefit from a bespoke, personalised service underpinned by “powerful, user-friendly” software, offering a level of support the partners claim is not currently available elsewhere.
“The market is saturated with large organisations that provide a call centre-style service, where software is offered with little real interaction,” said Victoria Brown, managing director of oneHR.
“Employers want to be more than just a number. This partnership allows us to deliver a bespoke, personable approach that truly meets client needs.”

Katie Guiller, development director at Stallard Kane, added: “By blending the best of consultancy with the best of technology, we’re able to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
“This is not just about compliance, it is about empowering businesses to create safer, stronger workplaces, supported by expertise and tools that make a real difference.”
