March Madness with packed month for St Helens Theatre Royal

St Helens Theatre Royal welcomes some truly incredible shows throughout March, including world class music tribute acts.

Magic, the first and still the best tribute to Queen, comes to St. Helens on Sunday 8 March to perform all of Queen’s greatest hits completely live. With five vocals to back up the powerful lead vocal of the dynamic Roger Brown, Magic can recreate all the complex harmonies that are Queen’s trademark recording sound.

Prepare for an unforgettable night of nostalgia, laughs and rock and roll on Saturday 14 March when That’ll Be The Day arrives to deliver the nation’s favourite rock ‘n’ roll variety show featuring a fantastic line up of classic gold hits from the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s, plus more hilarious comedy!

Barry Steele will be paying tribute to Roy Orbison on Friday 20 March with Roy Orbison and Friends with Barry Steele. Barry is recognised as one of the world’s leading tributes to music legend Roy Orbison and has stunned audiences across the globe with his uncanny visual similarity and his ability to authentically revive the exquisite toe-tapping sound of this music giant. Join Barry, Paul Molloyand Boogie Williams for one night only for the opportunity to see the magic of Roy, young Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis recreated on stage!

Princes of Pop is an exhilarating journey of the most memorable moments from the best boy bands from the 90’s right up to the present day. The ultimate boy band tribute comes to St. Helens Theatre Royal on Friday 27 March and is sure to take you back in time with the soulful harmonies of Boyz II Men to the uplifting songs of Westlife. Including Take That’s Back For Good, Backstreet Boys All I Have To Give, JLS’s Everybody in Love and many more. Princes of Pop will have audiences up on their feet and dancing all night.

Bringing the month to a close is the world’s number one Michael Jackson tribute artist, Navi, who is the only MJ tribute ever invited to perform for Michael himself. King of Pop: The Legend Continuesstops at St. Helens on Saturday 28 March and brilliantly recreates all the Jackson classics like Smooth Criminal, Beat It, Billie Jean, Man in the Mirror and many more in a show that will take you closer than you ever imagined to an original Jackson concert.
