Liverpool ONE has secured a 12,000 sq ft letting for a multi-brand retail outlet to open in spring 2025.

TFG London will open the store in South John Street. It will offer fashion brands Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, and homeware retailer Inside Story, all under one roof.

This launch will mark the return of all four of the brands to the city, and will be home to the quartet’s complete collections, including Hobbs’ selection of luxury fashion, Phase Eight’s occasionwear ranges, and Whistles’ line-up of contemporary womenswear.

Specialist collections including bridal and petite ranges will also be on offer, as well as a luxury styling suite for event shoppers.

The store will also house an Inside Story homewares department, offering a range of soft furnishings and home accessories.

Caraline Money, Global Retail Director of TFG added: “We are thrilled to be returning to Liverpool with our new multi-site flagship store which will house Hobbs, Whistles, Phase Eight and Inside Story all under one roof.

“Our new store strategy is focused on opening bigger and better stores in prominent shopping destinations like Liverpool where we have built a loyal ever-growing customer base.

“The new store will enable us to showcase our full collection such as petites and bridal, offering our customers the complete head-to-toe outfit suggestions for every occasion in our beautiful, enhanced store environment.”

TFG London’s selection of Liverpool ONE as the home of its multi-site flagship is the latest in a series of brand investments into South John Street.

This includes recent openings from fashion chain Zara, which unveiled the first stage of its significantly upsized store earlier this month. Zara is set to launch its complete 42,000 sq ft store this December.
