Liverpool’s Plaza now 97% full after new lettings

Bruntwood SciTech says its Plaza office building in LIverpool’s commercial district is now 97% full after new lettings.

Billington Group, KPMG and Hoxton Wealth are the latest tenants to move into The Plaza, in St Paul’s Square. Bruntwood SciTech has seen a recent upgrade after Bruntwood invested £4.3m across its Liverpool portfolio. New facilities include a ground-floor gym.

Family-owned food and agriculture business The Billington Group, has taken a 5,687 sq ft space while Hoxton Wealth will occupy 2,583 sq ft.

The 352,000 sq ft building is now 97% occupied following investment into more “adaptable workspaces”. Bruntwood SciTech is a joint venture between Bruntwood, L&G and Greater Manchester Pension Fund.

Sam Birtwistle, associate commercial director at Bruntwood SciTech, said: “These latest lettings demonstrate the breadth of demand we’re seeing at The Plaza, from global professional services firms to established regional businesses.
