Major retail assets on which Harrocks Commercial Property is acting include the 360,000 sq ft St John’s shopping centre in Liverpool and the 270,000 sq ft St George’s shopping centre in Preston
North West commercial property professional James Harrocks has quit his role as a director of Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) retail & leisure department to establish his own practice.
Start-up clients include Next, Vision Express and DW Sports & Fitness on the occupational side and Infrared Capital Partners and Fairacre as shopping centre owners and Liverpool City Council and Downing on the retail agency part of the business.
Major retail assets on which Harrocks Commercial Property is acting include the 360,000 sq ft St John’s shopping centre in Liverpool and the 270,000 sq ft St George’s shopping centre in Preston.
Mr Harrocks was part of the management team that sold Tushingham Moore to LSH in 2015. He says that the move is ‘like returning to my roots’.
“It’s an amicable move that will allow me to offer clients a very bespoke service,” Mr Harrocks explained. “I’ve got a raft of instructions under my belt for the full range of services, from asset management to high street agency, and acquisitions to rent reviews. Whilst retail is a key part of my focus, I’m helping clients with a wide range of their commercial property assets.
“My objective is to grow a focused team of dedicated professionals. We’ll offer a fresh perspective on what is a rapidly-changing market. The new company will have its office in Formby.
