Colliers is overseeing the £175m Cains Brewery Village project in the city and is adding senior building surveyor Paul Harris and trainee surveyor Craig Rigby to its local office. Tony McDonough reports.
Commercial property agency Colliers International is expanding its team in Liverpool.
The firm, which is overseeing the £175m Cains Brewery Village project in the city, is moving senior building surveyor Paul Harris from its Manchester office and Craig Rigby joins as a graduate surveyor.
The arrival of the duo takes the total number of staff at the office in India Buildings in Water Street to five alongside director of development consulting and head of office Andy Delaney.
Also on the team is licensed and leisure sector director Colin Siebert and associate Sophie Attwood, who specialises in advising clients on rating issues.
Other key clients and projects managed by Colliers include agency advice on the Liverpool 57 development site at Stonebridge Cross, working with K2 Architects on the Festival Gardens Masterplan for Liverpool City Council and St Modwen’s Great Homer Street scheme.
Cains Brewery Village is a mixed-use development of a new urban village underpinning the regeneration of the Baltic Triangle area.
Andy Delaney said: “Having secured a foothold in Liverpool with the opening of our office exactly two years ago, we have seen a marked increase in business with the addition of Paul and Craig providing further evidence of our cast-iron commitment to our client base, the Liverpool City Region and the wider Northern Powerhouse.”
Mr Delaney has also taken part in Liverpool’s annual delegation to the MIPIM property expo in Cannes during the last couple of years.
