St Modwen has embarked on a major regeneration drive in Kirkby town centre and has announced deals with supermarket giant Morrisons and with Reel Cinema Group.
Andrew Day, property manager at St Modwen, said: “Since we acquired Kirkby Town Centre in 2015, our priority has been to ensure tenants’ confidence in St Modwen and the improvements we are making to the town centre.
“We are striving to provide tenants with the best possible office and retail space and these three renewals are testament to the work we are carrying out in the town centre.
“We are thrilled that The Kirkby Dental Care, Planet Sports and Cash Generator have renewed their leases and we look forward to welcoming new tenants in the future.”
