Downing created 10 new Flexi-Office suites, totalling 5,000 sq ft, at the building in the heart of the city’s commercial district in January.
Liverpool property firm Downing has secured two new tenants to its ‘Flexi-Office’ development at No 1 Old Hall Street with an existing tenant agreeing to take a bigger space.
Downing created 10 new Flexi-Office suites, totalling 5,000 sq ft, at the building in the heart of the city’s commercial district in January.
The suites range in size from 140 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft, are suitable for one to 20 people and are again proving massively popular with local businesses – with almost 50% already let.
Distance learning business Unicourse, which formerly let a ground-floor unit with Downing at No 1 Old Hall Street, has expanded following strong growth, and has taken a new, larger suite on the upper-levels of the building.
New tenants, The Cambridge Weight Partnership and Zeus Claims Solutions, complete the trio of tenants which have moved into the freshly-released suites.
Downing’s Flexi-Office package features inclusive monthly rents, flexibility on duration to suit each customer’s business plan, along with a simplified and standard, short form of lease.
John Clegg, head of property management, said “Downing has been delivering Flexi-Offices for over five years and this latest suite of offices is of exceptional quality.
“Each suite has been fitted out to a high specification – with great finishes, so companies can benefit from flexible, comfortable and convenient office space located at one of Liverpool’s most prestigious addresses.”
