Georgina Egerton and Ellis Walker, two registered veterinary nurses with a passion for animal welfare, have formed the new entity to acquire the Pets Pantry outlet in Stockton Heath in Warrington.

Georgina and Ellis have a combined experience of over 25 years in the veterinary sector. They have secured the cash for the deal from Liverpool-based River Capital’s Business Growth Loan Fund. This cash will also be used for working capital.

Ellis added: “The UK pet industry is thriving, and we are excited to be at the forefront of this growing market.
