Liverpool-based contact centre The Contact People has helped support the growth of Isher Capital’s UK outsourcing portfolio, which generated aggregate revenue of £88.3 million in its latest audited financial year.
Operating around the clock from Wavertree Technology Park, The Contact People provides emergency call-out, lone-worker monitoring, overflow, out-of-hours and customer service support. Its clients span local government, healthcare, facilities management, manufacturing and retail.
Isher Capital’s UK outsourcing businesses reported combined assets of more than £109.4 million, with all companies in the portfolio recording a profit for the year.
The company currently employs 1,742 people across the UK, a number expected to exceed 2,000 by the end of this year.
Across Isher Capital’s wider international outsourcing portfolio, annualised recurring revenue has reached £150 million.
The figures underline sustained demand for outsourced customer support and specialist operational services, while highlighting Liverpool’s contribution to the portfolio’s national and international growth.
The UK results exclude Isher Capital’s other investments in artificial intelligence, technology, commercial and residential property, business finance and invoice discounting.
