Building firm Anwyl Partnerships will work with Your Housing Group on housing projects worth £10-20m over the next four years. Tony McDonough reports

Builder Anwyl Partnerships has secured one of only two places on the Your Housing Group (YHG) construction framework.

The four-year framework agreement will facilitate YHG in meeting its targets of building over 600 new homes a year whilst further developing its private rented sector across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Part of the Wales-based Anwyl Group, Anwyl Partnerships specialises in the provision of residential land and build developments. It has delivered a number of projects in the Liverpool city region.

Projects with Warrington-based YHG are expected to be valued in the region of £10-20m with up to five projects each year. Tom Anwyl, managing director of Anwyl Partnerships, said: “We are particularly pleased to have secured our position on this framework where we are one of only two suppliers.
