Archie’s reveals new handmade smashed burger menu
Archie’s is hoping to add more sparkle to its ever-popular menu with the addition of five new smashed style burgers.
The Star Burger range features fresh patties that are made using a unique process called ‘smashing’ and are served with a selection of tasty toppings. Diners can now enjoy them at the eatery’s biggest venue to date, which recently opened on Liverpool’s Ranelagh Street, and the company’s two other sites in Manchester.
Owners of Archie’s, the Rafiq brothers said:
“Our already extensive food and drinks menu remains ever popular, but we wanted to devise an offering that provided something a bit more gourmet and exclusive for our customers. Not only are the burgers tastier due to their more superior toppings, they are prepared and cooked differently to maximise both the flavour and texture of the meat.”
Each of the burgers are served on a delicious brioche bun and feature a freshly made beef patty. The diverse menu includes options such as ‘Portobello’, made with toppings such as Portobello mushrooms, swiss cheese, fresh tomato, lettuce, red onions and mayonnaise and the ‘Ringo’, comprising onion rings, cheese, fresh tomato, lettuce, red onions, mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
For the more daring diner, the Star Burger menu also offers the spicier ‘Amigo’, made with crunchy tortillas, jalapeno peppers, cheese, onions, fresh tomato, lettuce, cajun mayonnaise and spicy salsa.
The brothers added:
“Here at Archie’s, there really is something for everybody. Alongside our varied selection of burgers, we also serve up a range of hotdogs, chicken wings, fries, wraps and nachos. For those with a sweeter tooth, we are also famous for waffles together with our huge range of milkshakes, many of which have been exclusively designed for us by the various celebrities who love to come and visit Archie’s.
“We are looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces through our doors to try out our newest offering.”
The Star Burger menu starts at £5.99 and is available now. For more information visit www.lovearchies.com
