Regeneration specialists with offices across the UK grows its Liverpool team as it eyes up projects across the North West. Tony McDonough reports.
Regeneration specialist AspinallVerdi has announced its third appointment in as many months.
Emma Whitley joins the firm as a graduate surveyor after obtaining her degree in real estate from John Moores University. She will be based at its Liverpool office at 1 Mann Island.
In June, AspinallVerdi announced the appointment of associate director, Tom Smith, and principal consultant, Ed Clothier.
Founded in 2009, AspinallVerdi offers independent property development, regeneration and town planning consultancy to clients in the public and private sectors. It now has a workforce of almost 30 across five offices.
It has worked on projects in the North West including Liverpool’s BOXPARK and the St George’s Gateway masterplan for Liverpool City Council.
BOXPARK opened in April at Liverpool’s Cains Brewery Village. The £5m development comprises 21,000 sq ft of leisure and dining space, bringing together traders from across the city.

North West director for AspinallVerdi, Andy Delaney, said: “Tom has been with us since May and it’s great that our clients can benefit from the valuable knowledge he picked up from delivering several major projects in fast-regenerating Stockport.
