Luxury vehicle insurance broker and incident service provider Novo has signed a new five-year lease of 2,500 sq ft at No 12 Princes Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront.

Novo has been resident in the Liverpool Waters building for three years, occupying space in the ‘The Quay’, No 12’s serviced office provision. Expansion of the firm means it now needs more space.

No 12 boasts panoramic views of the River Mersey and a rooftop terrace. With some recent high profile moves including Griffiths and Armour, the five storey building is now 90% let.

James Allenby, director at Novo, said: “Operating our business from Liverpool Waters has not only allowed us to work in a prime location with excellent facilities, but has also allowed us to expand our business and grow our team with ease from its initial office of just four desks.

“We have worked closely with Peel (owner of Liverpool Waters) who have supported the development and growth of the business”.

Liza Marco, asset manager at Liverpool Waters, added: “It has been a great to watch the company grow rapidly and being able to accommodate their property requirements in Princes Dock on that journey.  We are excited to see the firm take on new staff and welcome customers in its larger suite.”
