Ben Woodcock, who joined property consultancy Avison Young as a graduate in 2016, is promoted to associate surveyor in the firm’s Liverpool office
Property consultancy Avison Young has promoted Ben Woodcock from its land and development team will take-up a new role of associate surveyor in Liverpool.
He is one of 11 promotions announced by the business across its North West team. The other 10 promotions are in the Manchester office. Ben will be based at Avision Young’s office at No 4 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool city centre.

Across the UK, Avison Young has promoted 26 team members, with 13 becoming associate directors. Among the Manchester promotions are Ed Harvey and Tara Ashcroft who both become associate directors.
