BID represents Liverpool on world stage

Liverpool BID Company has strengthened its links internationally with a visit to the Chinese capital Beijing.
Paul Kallee-Grover, a Liverpool property consultant and UK Government-appointed Export Champion, represented Liverpool BID Company at a high-level meeting with the Beijing Central Business District (CBD) Administration Committee.
Beijing CBD holds the presidency of the Global Business Districts Innovation Club (GBD Innovation Club). This is an international ecosystem of major business districts committed to innovation, cooperation, and sustainability.
Also present at the event were officials from the Chaoyang District as well as representatives of Kreab Beijing, a global strategic communications consultancy. The dialogue concluded with a symbolic exchange of gifts.
This meeting focused on business-led urban regeneration, smart city transformation and digital infrastructure, sustainable development and low-carbon initiatives, knowledge exchange between CBDs, people-first placemaking and global cooperation initiatives between the two organisations.
