A business collective operating across technology, hospitality, sports, and entertainment is taking 2,605 sq ft of space at Elevator Studios in Liverpool. Tony McDonough reports

Business collective Really Epic Dog Group is to move into 2,605 sq ft of office space at Elevator Studios in Liverpool.
Really Epic Dog describes itself as a collective of businesses operating across technology, hospitality, sports, and entertainment. Its team will take up residence on the fourth floor of the creative and tech hub in the Baltic Triangle.
Elevator was founded in 2007 by brothers Tim and Paul Speed who, along with Baltic Creative, helped transform the district, then little more than a collection of abandoned and derelict warehouses, into a thriving hub for digital and creative businesses.
In 2020 they sold the 90,000 sq ft facility to Manchester property firm CERT. It comprises four 200-year-old Grade II-listed warehouses in Parliament Street. They were once used to store imported cotton, spices and coffee from across the world.
Ellis Michael, Elevator’s asset manager, said: “We’re really excited to welcome the Really Epic Dog Group to the building. Their unique service is going to be a great addition to our community here at Elevator and we are looking forward to working alongside them.”
Really Epic Dog will join other Elevator tenants including hospitality independent Arts Bar Baltic and Giant Bikes. CBRE and Worthington Owen are joint agents and advised on this letting at Elevator Studios.
Andrew Byrne, director at CBRE, added“ Delighted to have acted for Red Group in their latest UK acquisition. Elevator Studios offers the team a great base within the heart of a thriving community. They are looking forward to getting started after the summer break.”
CERT is also set to complete its first residential scheme in Liverpool, Centric, located opposite Moorfields station, later this year. The ongoing property management will be operated by its in-house team.
