A Burger King drive-thru restaurant in Liverpool is up for auction with a price tag of £2.35m to £2.4m. Tony McDonough reports
Property auctioneers Acuitus will be offering a Burger King drive-thru restaurant in Liverpool at its next event.
On Thursday, March 30, at 2pm, the virtual freehold interest of the restaurant close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport will be offered to bidders. Guide price for the property, which comprises 10,995 sq ft, is £2.35m to £2.4m.
Located in The Aerodrome, the old airport complex opposite the new Mersey Shopping Park, the restaurant is on a new 20-year lease with five-yearly upwards-only rent reviews at a current rent of £135,000.

The Acuitus auction will be broadcast via livestream on the the company’s website and offers online, telephone and proxy bidding.
