Carringtons Catering has described the past six months as ‘the best yet’ having catered for more than 25,000 guests at varied private and corporate events.

Recent highlights include Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards, Wirral Tourism Awards and the Inauguration of Liverpool’s New Lord Mayor.

Director of Carringtons Catering Helen Wynn said: “The team and I are thrilled to announce that the past six months in business have been our strongest to date. Having acquired the company back in 2003 together with my husband Darren Wynn, we have witnessed continuous growth and heightened prominence within the North West hospitality scene.

“Together with harnessing existing collaborations with venues such as Liverpool Town Hall, St George’s Hall, Sefton Park Palm House, Floral Pavilion, Bodrhyddan Hall, Meols Hall and Great Hall at Mains to name a few, we are excited to be working with many new faces including The British Music Experience and Pentre Mawr Country House, with events stretching as far afield as Gloucestershire so far this year.”

With more than 35 years’ experience in the catering industry, Carringtons Catering is one of the North West’s longest standing independent firms.

High-profile clients include Her Majesty the Queen, sports and TV personalities.

Helen added: “I believe that our success is a direct result of putting our clients first and ensuring that making them happy and exceeding expectations is always at the heart of what we do. Not only are we lucky to have our very own Master Chef of Great Britain on board; the team as a collective is made up of highly skilled individuals that aren’t afraid of putting their culinary skillset to the challenge when it comes to devising dishes that certainly break the mould.

“Having already hosted such a diverse array of events in the first half of the year, we are very much looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2017 has in store for us and by adopting many new culinary approaches in line with evolving trends, we are proud to be a part of championing the North West’s thriving food and drink scene.”
